today i did it. i didnt go gym but i did my training at home with dumbell. haha...finally done it one time. hope wont get muscleach tml if not sunday its going to be a super tough day. muscleach + dragon boat training will be = GAME OVER. haha...google phone going to be released. if no mistake it going to be release at Aug haha...i wanted it but i bought a hp le so have to give up this idea le.
